- Products that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or any form of tampering are not eligible for a return.
- Customer must drop off package for return within 14 days of receiving the shipping return label.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how to return your item. A return shipping label will be provided, return charges are the responsibility of the client. We do not charge a restocking fee.
